Catherine E. Brown born in Glen Cove, NY attended and graduated from Walt Whitman High School. Worked and trained horses in New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Graduated and on to college in Rhode Island, with a major in business. After college I specialized in Customer Service at Digital Equipment Corp., the second largest computer company in the United States at that time. I climbed to the job of customer liaison and assisted them with their needs in the computer world.

I have 3 lovely children, and decided real estate was a great interest.  I chose to work for a builder and property management company in Portsmouth, RI.  I was able to be involved in building residential homes and dealing with property management in Maine, Boston, Rhode Island and privately with my own homes.

I became a realtor in Florida in 2004.  Starting with managing Watson Realty Corp., Palm Coast office, while getting my license, I was able to learn the inside track of a broker’s office demands and needs to assist customers in buying and selling homes. After getting my license I have been selling residential property through what I am told the toughest times in Real Estate history. I can’t say it’s all fun, but I can say that all my customer service training has gotten me through. And between you and I, I can only say that things can only get better. I am one of the few Full Time Realtors that are left in this crazy economy.  And proud to be above the average in home sales in the past three years throughout Flagler County including Beverly Beach, Flagler Beach, Marineland, Bunnell, Palm Coast and Ormond Beach.

I have three lovely children. One beginning college, my second in high school, and my youngest in 6th grade.  My youngest works with me from time to time on selling homes. We both are members of the local county Rough Riders.  And participate in the yearly Cracker Day events. I horseback ride, enjoy the beaches, and traveling to all the touristy spots here in Florida. Along with going to the Daytona Speedway for the races, Daytona to experience Bike Week…and all the other Florida Favorite activities. I still enjoy visiting up North in Washington, New York, Vermont and Rhode Island.  All favorites for me.

Give me a call, and let me assist you with all your real estate needs.
